ITA Airways at the "Travel Hashtag" in London

Ninth edition of the travelling conference format

Today in London, ITA Airways, the Italian flagship carrier participates in the ninth edition of "Travel Hashtag", the travelling conference format which begins its 2023 program by returning to the capital of the United Kingdom.

In its role as Official Carrier of the London edition, ITA Airways is among the main partners of the event that takes place at the Melia White House in the heart of London and is entirely dedicated to the promotion of tourism in Italy.

The carrier is joining Travel Hashtag to support the promotion of Italy and ‘Made in Italy’ to leading travel agencies and tour operators in the UK market. The national flagship carrier works at international level, together with tourism industry players, each of whom can count on its commitment to the development of connectivity to and from Italy.

The UK is one of the most strategic markets for the Company in Europe. With more than 90 weekly flights between London and the two hubs of Rome-Fiumicino and Milan-Linate operated in the current winter season, ITA Airways aims to be the reference carrier from the UK for British customers and the Italian community to reach 20 domestic destinations in Italy, the Mediterranean and far beyond.

2023 is a year of major investments for the Italian flagship carrier, which will be doubling its long-haul offer thanks to the opening of new routes: to the United States, with the flights from Rome-Fiumicino to Washington and San Francisco in the upcoming summer season, and to South America, with the connection from Rome-Fiumicino to Rio de Janeiro launching in the next Winter season alongside an increase in the offer on all destinations already operated.

All flights can be purchased on its website, from the ITA Airways Call Center, or from travel agencies and airport ticket offices.
