Total revision of the anti-stall system recommended

Preliminary report on Ethiopian Airlines' Boeing B-737 MAX 8 aircraft crashed on March 10 shortly after take-off from Addis Ababa was released this morning by the Ethiopian Transport Ministry, and was presented at a press conference by the minister Dagmawit Moges. The report did not explicitly mention Boeing's automatic anti-stall system, but it was pointed out that the pilots followed all the procedures...
