Yesterday many flights from the international airport of El Alto, (La Paz), were cancelled due to absence of passengers and fuel shortages. This was the unaivodable consequence of a series of strikes on the transport system that affected the country. Many roadblocks from different categories have paralized 60% of the lines of communication. In the South of the country, the situation was quite normal....
