AIR NEW ZEALAND COMPLETES THE ACQUISITION OF HAZELTON

NEW ZEALAND, Air New Zealand completed the acquisition of Hazelton Airlines, an Australian regional carrier. 99% of Hazelton was bought under the terms of Air New Zealand's first offer, while the remaining 1% was acquired through compulsory acquisition provisions.
