Confirmed: Tonino Di Murro acquires Vitrociset

Rome, Italy - As already published by AVIONEWS in September

The businessman from Abruzzo Tonino Di Murro, owner of the 51% of the FG Tecnopolo Holding of Rome, purchased from the Dutch right company Croce International all Ciset Srl that controls 98,5% of Vitrociset (the remaining 1,5% is in the hands of Leonardo-Finmeccanica). From rumours it seems that the new CEO will be Luca D'Amato, coming from Leonardo, as already published by AVIONEWS last September...
