The European Consumers centre Italy communicates that: "The Court of Charlottenburg gave last November 1st, 2017 the green light to the failure procedure of the German carrier Air Berlin (procedure nr 36a IN 4295/17). Some airlines, as for example Lufthansa, offer to the passengers for the return flights purchased by Air Berlin and cancelled, tickets with a 50% discount according to some conditions....
