Lockheed Martin and Raytheon signed on Wednesday two contracts with the US Air Force (USAF) to proceed in the development of the new LRSO (Long Range Standoff) missile that shall replace its AGM-86 ALCM (Air-Launched Cruise Missile) that was designed in the '80s and that is still being used.
