Moscow, Russia - Istanbul seems to be interested both in helicopters and planes BE-200 from Russia

Russian Economic Development, German Gref, by returning from a journey in Turkey reported Russian cabinet that Istanbul would be interested in helicopters and planes BE-200 from Russia in exchange for Russian debt due to Turkey by 10 years.
