Rome, Italy - Italian airline received the document and transmitted it to European Commission
Alitalia confirmed to have received from Deutsche Bank the "Intents letter" concerning the planned airline’s capital increase and it has been transmitted, through Italian authorities, to European Commission according to article 88, section II of CE Treaty.
