SAS nomination committee to be re-appointed

Stockholm, Sweden - During the annual general meeting of the group

SAS annual general meeting re-approved all members of the board in accordance with a proposal of the Nomination Committee. During the meeting it has been also decided that no dividend reallocation will be shared by stake-holders for 2004.
