Lufthansa takes over about 84 per cent of Swiss
Zurich, Switzerland - By means of the holding AirTrust
Major shareholders of Swiss International Airlines, which include banks Credit Suisse and UBS besides the group AMAG, sold 83.96 percent of the carrier to AirTrust, the holding through which Lufthansa is taking over Swiss. According to the terms of the deal, AirTrust is offering major shareholders in Swiss up to EUR 265m, while another EUR 45m to individual investors whose shares are in free float....
