INDIAN SATELLITE MISTAKES ORBIT

INDIA, The first Indian geosynchronous satellite, GTSAT-1, launched into orbit on a domestic rocket last April 18, didn't stabilize itself on the correct orbit. The satellite has now an orbital period of 23 hours, two minutes instead of the targeted 24 hours.
