Finmeccanica: progress of the disposal process in the railway transport sector of the Group

Rome, Italy - The BoD has been informed by the CEO

Finmeccanica communicated to the media the following errata to its press release. We receive and publish the right version. "The Board of Directors of Finmeccanica, in its meeting held yesterday, has been informed by the CEO about the progress of the disposal process in the Railway Transport sector of the Group. The BoD noted and invited the CEO to continue the negotiation process".
