The Board of Directors of Finmeccanica, convened yesterday under the chairmanship of Gianni De Gennaro, has resolved to renew the bond issue program “Euro Medium Term Note Programme” (EMTN) for additional 12 months, leaving at 4 billion Euro the maximum amount.
