SAIR GROUP CHANGES ITS NAME AND FINDS NEW FUNDS
ZURIG, The holding SAir Group, which also owns Swissair, changed its name to Swissair Group. In order to cope with the financial problems that troubled the carrier management last year, which is now inquired into civil and penal matters, three bancks offered to open a 1 billion Swiss franc credit (over 600 USDm). The news has been given during the company shareholders' meeting last Wednesday.
