VARIG'S CARGO ARE INCREASING
BRAZIL, The Brazilian Varig announced a notable increase in the cargo section following the declaration of its President, Ozires Silva, who expects that cargos will represent 30% of the total activity of the company, within the next four years. Last year Varig Log registered profits for 400 USDm. The target for 2001 is to increase by 20% profits, arriving to 600 USDm.
