Hong Kong, China -Thick fog at the origin of forced stop for several hours

It seems to be now in normal condition air traffic at Hong Kong airport after this morning operations suffered from thick fog which forced to stop both departures and arrivals. It seems that twenty-two arriving aircraft were diverted to airports in Manila and Taipei, while twenty-three departures were delayed. Air traffic improved after 10:30 (Hong Kong time).
