Sao Paulo, Brazil - Embraer Defense and Security remains the majority shareholder
Brazil's aerospace company Avibras entered in the capital structure of Harpia Systems, the joint-venture between Embraer Defense and Security and AEL Systems, the Brazilian subsidiary of Israel's Elbit Systems.
