On Thursday 6 December 2012 Bombardier Aerospace announced that Delta Air Lines has placed a firm order for 40 CRJ-900 NextGen regional jets and has taken options on an additional 30 aircraft of the same model. Based on the list prices, the firm order is valued at approximately 1.85 billion dollars, and could reach approximately 3.29 billion dollars, if the 30 options are converted to firm orders....
