"Alitalia made all possible to meet request for Wind Jet grounded passengers. More than 60,000 people with a ticket, were rescheduled on special flights from last August 13 and with over 350 flights also by night (and special fares). More than 2000 emails arrived at the dedicated address ([email protected]). This action has been possible thanks to the effort of its staff (ground and crew)....
