KLM made its first commercial flight with biofuel
Amsterdam, Holland - Between Amsterdam and Rio de Janeiro
Following the first commercial biofuel flight, operated by KLM in June 2011, the carrier operated yesterday the longest biofuel flight ever. Flight KL705 departed from Amsterdam with a B-777/200 airplane and flies to the Rio+20 sustainable development conference in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
