Meeting yesterday in Trieste Fincantieri shareholders approved the financial statement for 2011 and appointed Messrs. Corrado Antonini, Giuseppe Bono, Olga Cuccurullo, Pierpaolo Dominedò, Massimo Varazzani to the Board of Directors for 2012-2014.
