Moscow, Russia - A week ago it has been signed a decree which allows Russia to launch many civil foreign satellites from Plessetsk's base

The Russian daily "Kommersant" reported the news according to which Russia will launch into the space two Iranian spy-satellites from the Plessetsk’s base, near Arcanghelsk (White Sea).
