"Finmeccanica announced that the Board of Directors has been convened for 1 December 2011 at 4:30pm, at the Registered office in Rome, Piazza Monte Grappa 4, and will follow the below agenda: - Revision and conferment of powers under resolution of May 4, 2011, - Related resolutions and consequences".
