Suspension of plane activities of Tiger Airways Australia extended at least until August 11

Canberra, Australia - For a further postponement of court hearing on air safety established by Australia's Civil Aviation Safety Authority, CASA

It was announced on Friday a further extension of the grounding period of the plane fleet of Tiger Airways Australia. The suspension of the connections operated by the 10 Airbus A-320s of the carrier had been established by CASA, Australia's Civil Aviation Safety Authority, on July 1st due to the "Serious and imminent risk to air safety" after several incidents of planes operated by the airline....
