Alitalia resumes direct flights to Tokyo, removing the technical stopover in Osaka
Rome, Italy - The connections to Japan back to normality
Starting from April 11, Alitalia will operate direct connections to Tokyo again, from Rome-Fiumicino and Milan-Malpensa, removing the technical stopover in Osaka which had become necessary for flights from Italy to Tokyo after the events following the earthquake of 11 March.
