European airports saw passenger traffic increase by +4.2% in 2010 compared to 2009. Over the same period, freight traffic increased by +18.7% while movements dropped by -0.2%. The year ended with limited overall passenger traffic growth among European airports at +0.6% in December 2010 when compared with December 2009, as a result of both continuing economic hardship in several European countries...
