As reported yesterday, 19 January 2010, by the international press, the Russian aviation investigating commission would have taken an unprecedented decision: to publish the full transcripts of the black boxes of the aircraft involved in the crash of Smolensk, Russia, where in April 2010, about 95 people were killed, including then-Polish President Lech Kaczynski, his wife and senior government officials....
