Australia's largest pilots union claims airlines are ''Under reporting'' safety incidents to regulators and that pilots are too afraid to air their concerns because of fear of reprisals. A Jetstar pilot sacked by the airline last week after he publicly raised concerns about its safety record pulled out of the first day of a Senate inquiry into aviation safety and pilot training in Sydney yesterday....
