The British operator, Baa, announced it is in talks to form a 50:50 joint-venture which will concern some of its non-main airport properties. The operator, which manages seven airports in the United Kingdom, including the one of London-Heathrow and those of Gatwick and Stanstead, added the properties to be included in the planned deal were still be considered.
