As anticipated in the last days by different sources, US President Barack Obama has decided to step off on Constellation program by NASA, the American Space Agency. The perspective about a return on the Moon within 2020 vanishes, as would have wanted the ex-president George Bush. The cancellation of Constellation program belongs to the proposal of budget for next fiscal year, that will have to be approved...
