Turkish announces purchase for 14 A-321/200 and 6 A-319/100 aircraft

Rome, Italy - Deliveries planned between 2011 and 2012

The Turkey's flag carrier, Turkish Airlines, unveiled in a press-release to have ordered to Airbus 14 A-321/200 and 6 A-319/100 that will be delivered between 2011 and 2012. Turkish has also options for 10 A-321 and A-319 type. Turkish Airlines is a carrier in a strong expansion; it has transported 22,6 million passengers in 2008 and has 130 airplanes in its fleet.
