British Airways: traffic down, load factor up

In September 2009 British Airways' passenger capacity was 3.7% below September 2008. Traffic fell by 0.8%. This resulted in a passenger load factor increase of 2.4% versus last year, to 81.3%. Traffic comprised a 7.9% decrease in premium traffic and a 0.7% increase in non-premium traffic. Premium traffic comparisons are starting to be against a weaker base, with the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers...
