JAL blocks discussions with Delta and American Airlines
Tokyo, Japan - For the carrier's restructuring plan
The Japanese airline JAL (Japan Airlines) would have temporarily blocked discussions with both Delta Airlines and American Airlines, with which it was talking separately about their possible intervention in the financially struggling Japanese airline's capital (see AVIONEWS).
