North Korean nuclear tests confirmed

Pyongyang, North Korea - Obama: "A threat to international peace and security"

North Korea completed this morning a nuclear test, the second after 2006 one. Local press agency "Kcna" announced it. Pyongyang threatened a similar move after UN's sanctions following early April launch of an experimental satellite (that Western countries, Japan and South Korea believed being a missile test, see AVIONEWS). According to South's agency "Yonhap News" also a short-range ballistic missiles...
