The US Forest Service (USFS) spends $18,000 a day, plus further $6,800 per hour on the case of operational mission, to maintain an Erickson Air-Crane S-64/E helicopter at Rhinelander/Oneida County Airport, Wisconsin. The problem is that, as explained by Jim Griffin, one of this aircraft's pilots, "We haven't had any calls for fires since we've been here". The issue was denounced by "Newsofthenorth.net"...
