Paris, France - To renegotiate the contract
A French ministry of defense spokesman confirmed that seven Countries (France, Germany, UK, Luxembourg, Spain, Belgium and Turkey) signed a three-month moratorium for the A-400M program, to allow parties to renegotiate the contract.
