Alitalia: bondholders repaid with Government bonds
Rome, Italy - A measure included in the maxi-amendment to the "Incentive Decree"
The maxi-amendment to the "Incentive Decree" presented to the Chamber would include also the bondholders of Alitalia, that could be repaid with Government bonds. To achieve the repay, bondholders must put in a claim by 90 days from the decree's conversion and for the bond's repay will be created a 100 million Euro fund in 2012.
