Barcelona, Spain - The capital share's increase to be completed by the end of April

SAS concluded the Spainair's take-over to the new buyer Initiatives Empresarials Aeronautiques (IEASA), that also included Consorci de Turisme de Barcelona, Catalana d'Iniciatives, Volcat 2009 and Fira de Barcelona.
