Alitalia: dragged Air France-KLM representatives in the Board

Rome, Italy - The decision has been taken yesterday during the Board of Directors

The Alitalia's Board of Directors has dragged three representatives of Air France-KLM in the executive committee of the airline (see AVIONEWS). Starting from yesterday, Jean Cyril Spinetta, Bruno Matheu and Peter Hartman join the Alitalia's Board. The French-Dutch Group became the first shareholder of Alitalia, while Emilio Riva is the major Italian shareholder with a share of 10.2%.
