Ottawa, Canada - The low-cost carrier accuses the bigger airline to have started a legal action against it which aimed to destroy its reputation

The low-cost carrier, WestJet Airlines, launched a USD 24m lawsuit against Air Canada by claiming that Air Canada's legal action against it, some time ago, was part of the bigger carrier's project aimed to destroy WestJet, conducting this last out of the market. The low-cost's 16 pages statement of claim filed with Ontario Superior Court represent the last capitol of a complex and unpleasant lawsuit...
