Air incident in Malaysia (2): the third one to a Pilatus aircraft in seven months
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - It is a plane for pilot training
The Pilatus Pc-7 is a Swiss-built single-engine turbo-shaft aircraft, which is used as a trainer for pilot selection and basic coaching in Europe, Asia and Middle East. For this, Malaysian Government bought 46 at early '80: last May, a national Air Force trainee pilot was already killed on board a Pilatus. An other incident occurred in October, ever in Malaysia: the pilot died, too.
