Helicopter rescue in Trento: Italian State Council accepted the claim of Eurocopter
Trento, Italy - The purchase of two rescue units AgustaWestland AW-139 has been suspended
With its sentence number 2388/2008, the Italian State Council forced the public administration of the Province of Trento (North-East Italy) to make a public European call for tender for the supply of two helicopters to be used as rescue units. Eurocopter commenced the action before the Court, because a private transaction for the supply of two aircraft AgustaWestland AW-139 was against UE laws....
