Thai Airways, fuel surcharge -50%

Bangkok, Thailand - Announced by the company

After Virgin, British Airways and Aer Lingus (see AVIONEWS), also Thai Airways International cuts fuel surcharges on air tickets by nearly 50% after fuel prices eased, the airline said today. The surcharge on international flights would range from 14.50 to 89.50 dollars per ticket, down from 25-175 dollars, the national carrier said in a statement.
