Austrian Airlines: "Will be sold to Lufthansa"

Vienna, Austria - A stronger position on the European market

Austrian Airlines will be sold to Lufthansa: such news was announced yesterday by the Austrian carrier, after a meeting of the committee in charge of the privatization process. The state holding Oeiag, owing 41,56% of the national carrier, announced in a press-release that "It is negotiating only with Lufthansa" but further details (price, terms of the agreement) will be revealed during next weeks....
