"ENAC (Italian Civil Aviation Authority) General Manager, Silvano Manera, asked to Alitalia extraordinary administrator Augusto Fantozzi, to supply information no-stop to passengers. Particularly, he requested Alitalia to disclose press release each two hours to update passengers on the operational situation of the carrier in terms of cancellations, delays and reprotection".
