Moroccan airline Regional Air Lines and the major low-cost carrier in Middle-East, Air Arabia, signed a partnership agreement marking the birth of a new low-cost company, whose name has not been disclosed yet. The new airline will be based in Morocco and from Casablanca it will cover domestic and European flight connections.
