Florence, Italy - An exposure and a fine

An exposure and an EUR 1000's fine: this the price paid by a Russian citizen for a call received when the airplane on which he was on board, was in taking off's phase, from Fiumicino's airport to Florence-Peretola. At his arrival in airport, there was the Polaria that has inflicted to him a penalty of EUR 1000, with the accusation of "Violation of Navigation law".
