AdF purchases 49% of Parcheggi Peretola Srl

Florence, Italy - Now the Florence Airport Management Company has 100% of society

"Aeroporti di Firenze (AdF) announced the take-over of the minority share (49%) of its subsidiary Parcheggi Peretola Srl by Scaf Soc. Coop a R.L. - Societa' Cooperativa Autocustodi Fiorentini. Now with this take-over AdF has 100% of the company's capital. The agreement had a value of 2,6 million Euro. Parcheggi Peretola Srl manages 640 parking space in the airport of Florence".
