After the pessimism of the last few days and Government-unions negotiations deadlock, the first signal of opening arrived after yesterday meeting among Government and confederal unions (CGL, CISL, UIL, UGL), lasted till late in the evening. Secretaries of confederal unions agree with the plan (see AVIONEWS) and they seem ready to go on with negotiations. Yesterday, a sign of opening arrived also...
